These Terms & Conditions apply to Rhinestone Radon text messages. By opting in to texts from Rhinestone Radon, you agree to the SMS Terms below.

SMS Terms

Effective November 1, 2026

Program

Rhinestone Radon appointment notifications. When you book a radon test or mitigation estimate and check the box agreeing to receive texts, Rhinestone Radon will text you about that appointment: booking confirmations, closed-house reminders, technician arrival notices, results-ready notices with a secure payment link, and a request to review our service after your report. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text-consent box on our booking or estimate form, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not required to buy any service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, typically 3 to 8 messages per appointment.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

Stop and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@radonkc.com or (913) 430-4945.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
